@@CoachMacMcCarthy it’s not how many years but the quality of the relationship. Some people have 20,30, 40+ years together but are terribly miserable. There are times you will want to run away so make sure you don’t have a family nearby to fall back on (haha-I’m a bit sarcastic here) Make sure you find a good marriage therapist because you will need it from time to time! No matter what- don’t ever cheat on your partner!!! Have enough rooms and n the house so you can have some space if you need to.

I accidentally pressed “sent” but there are more secrets for sure… In general marriages are hard just like having kids are hard, I can understand why so many people don’t make it. You always have to work on your problems/ issues and never‘sweep them under the rug’. Have a growing mindset! There are tons of useful info out there especially here on KZbin so I’m always looking for it. I like to listen to your channel as it reminds me the days I used to struggle with singlehood. Makes me appreciate what I have and worked hard for over the years ☺️

In my case repeated non caring argumentative text msgs. Outsiders looking in say they wouldn’t have broken up with me for the things i said but everyone has a different tolerance level i guess. Truth is i never was going to change that about myself. Can i stop it now absolutely but to promise it would never happen again not really. That’s why i believe the break up was/is final.
