Yeah, I deleted and blocked my ex-girlfriend… I was with her for 3 1/2 years… It’s funny how women like to play their little games and their little temperament…. I got tired of it…. I got tired of her getting pissed off… tired of her moods… and the reason why because she’s going to jump the ship… actually did a favor for me… because I’m moving on because I’m a man I have a backbone I go to the gym five times a week…. I go sport, fishing, diving race, motorcycles…. There’s a lot of women out there never be a Simp never be a chump, because that makes you weak man up….!😡 it’s the beast tiger FROM NEWPORT BEACH 🐬, California…

My 2 best friends basically cornered me and said my girlfriend has taken me away from them and have some sort of spite against her when in reality I'm choosing to spend my time building our relationship, as well as with her son. Unfortunately my girlfriend thinks they've been talking shit and i tried smoothing it all out but to no avail. I lashed out at her and said at the end of the day i would choose them over her, which i regret and feel like shit now because i was not asked to choose. She thinks they hate her but that's not true at all they just want to get to know her better and see more of me. Im in a tough spot. Any advice? Greatly appreciated 🙏

My dad was an alcoholic. I keep attracting alcoholic women. I try so hard to 'fix' them. Just recently, gave her a chance to change after breaking up for 3 months. She played an 'act' for a week and went back to bringing chaos to my life. Just blocked her and reminded her it was her last chance. I realized that my presence is actually ruining her life. She's 26 and I'm 32. I just can't do it anymore. Just leave if you have an alcoholic partner. Being alone hurts but is so much better.

BUT I'd say understanding the narrative your running by writing your story out is useful in itself. Thank you for your take Sloan, hope you're doing well. Feel free to share a story if you have one.

The only reason to divorce somebody is physical abuse, and infidelity and possibly verbal abuse but that needs to be documented because a lot of women out there just don’t like getting told certain things and then pretend it’s verbal if he hits you leave if he cheats leave verbal Abuse. Is the reason that you leave but it better actually be verbal abuse because a lot of you dumb Broad out there think that when you do something wrong and they call you on it and use stronger language than a children’s book you’re being verbally abused I’ve got news for you you aren’t there you go that’s it it’s pretty easy and also it’s very rare that it’s just verbal abuse one of the other things is probably happeningso if you’re only reason is verbal abuse, it’s probably because you’re somebody who hasn’t been told no a lot

I dated this girl off and on. I insist that I didn’t want to have a kid. She played games with her birth control, decided she would tell me she would take a plan b, but then refused to take it. Then said she was getting the iud. Did not. She is still in contact with her abusive ex and has him around. Through all the deception, i tried to be graceful. She has been verbally abusive and always accused me of cheating and lying. I’ve broken up with her over it. We got back together and last week she texted me accusing of cheating with her sister in another state and told me she didn’t trust me anymore and I told me it’s over. Now accusing me of dumping her and all that. I’ve dealt with the verbal abuse and she trapped me. She won’t get an abortion and she keeps threatening going back to her ex. This morning she messaged me happy Father’s Day to just mentally fuck with me

Man, lol... Normally, I enjoy the content. But I couldn't make it past the first few stories because I just personally do not believe them. Reddit can be an embarrassingly shitshow of fabricated stories. I know you want to believe them and address the troubles accordingly, but not me. The first couple of women, I think, were either lying or heavily exaggerating their claims and just looking for sympathy, attention, and validation from strangers who will indulge their make-believe fantasy of being a victim. As for the guy who says his wife wants him to sleep with another women (which is where I have to stop listening because this is too frustrating), I believe, if true, is that his wife either has already, or wants to have sex with another man and she wants her husband to have sex with another women so she has an excuse to either have sex with another man she already has picked out or she's already had sex with this other mam. If he doesn't go thru with it, she'll probably do it anyway. The relationship is practical doomed considering she really wants it and he doesn't. This is all just my opinion but stand firm on it. I believe nobody can diagnose a relationship problem or negative circumstance when you only have one side of the story and accusations are being made about the other person who can defend them selves or explain their side of events. Way too many people lie, fabricate, and exaggerate to make them selves look like the victim, especially women. I'll still give you a thumbs up, and I'll catch the next episode!

This book is about understanding the dynamics between a man and a women and how to have a successful relationship. I don’t think it’s outdated as so many people say. It’s not a step by step how to book so it doesn’t matter how you meet a woman but how you interact and behave around them. It’s that simple.

"Never Split the Difference" by Chris Voss offers invaluable insights into negotiation techniques. Interestingly, many of the concepts explored in this book also resonate with those discussed in "3% Man" by Corey Wayne. Both books delve into the art of understanding and connecting with others on a deeper level, whether it's learning how to make a woman open up emotionally or effectively managing the emotions of those we interact with.

I was on an on and off relationship with my girlfriend for 3 years with kids involved in both sides. Every time I broke up with her because of her drinking she would say she is getting sober and I would go back to her. But it was like stuck in a time loop because it would just happen over and over. I really loved her but I can’t deal with it anymore. I’m just afraid that she will really get better and I’ll miss out. I do hope she gets better. But just wish she got better with me. But she never wanted too

Don't take it personal bud. You did what you could and you put in the effort, but with a real alcoholic, nothing comes ahead of the drink. And the fact that just telling you that I'll get sober would get you back, well that was part of the cycle. In most cases alcoholics have to lose everything, hit ground 0 and then they realize the consequences to their actions. Stay strong and just start the healing process. I recently blocked mine on all platforms and blocked her contact because I needed to find a way to fully move on. She originally wanted to go no-contact anyway and even said she was blocking me after she moved. There is a whole background to this where the punchline is “we are both taking shots and saying things we don’t mean to cause pain”. I initiated no contact. She kept messaging about every 4 days and I finally hit my breaking point when I noticed I had started viewing her public snaps just like she had been viewing mine, so I blocked her on socials. The contact continued on her end about on schedule through texts, so I finally laid out for the last time that I wanted no contact and to only reach out for emergencies or to provide what I asked for if we were to ever reconnect (show empathy, take back what was said in anger, show i can be seen in a positive light, and admit the truth to her family and friends…again long story). She didnt listen and messaged again. I got drawn into a convo on that one. After, I realized it wasnt going to stop and I was only hindering my ability to get myself back after a very toxic relationship/ breakup, so I blocked her contact as well. I am going to wait until after Summer to reevaluate if I keep her blocked since I have obligations and goals I want to meet until then. After those are met, I will take time to consider if I stay the course, but I am putting myself first.

I was in a situationship with a girl for 3.5 months. She lived 2 hours away w no car, I drove to see her 8 times, had 8 wonderful dates, really good sex. I believe I came on too strongly, and it scared her into wanting to end it with me, she “wasn’t ready to give herself to me yet” I told her how much it pained me to say good bye because she was so special to me, but that i respect her choice and i would be open to if she reached out to me if i cross their mind. I know that we had a deep connection, we were like lovers when we were together. I’m wondering if she truly wants me to leave her alone, or if she just wants time to reflect. I want to do no contact but I know she will tell herself that I don’t truly care if I don’t at least follow up. It’s been a week and I’m dying inside, I’d rather ask her for closure so I can move on instead of thinking about her for months and months. I want her back so badly….

Thank you for sharing Bryan. It wasn't a guarantee to work, sometimes couples therapy just reaffirms why breaking up is the right choice. Therapy works best for the individual, when they're ready for it and when they find the right person to work with. And sometimes we find our own therapy in exercise, isolation, long walks, and just showing up everyday and not giving up on your life.
