To make the cheese balls, simply combine the cheese, eggs, and corn flour in a mixing bowl and knead the mixture until it forms a dough. Then, use a spoon to portion out the dough and roll it into balls. You should be able to make about 20 cheese balls.
Finally, fry the cheese balls in medium-hot oil until they are golden brown and the cheese has melted. Serve these cheese balls as a tasty appetizer or snack, and enjoy!

400g mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
6 Tbsp corn flour
Salt (optional)
Oil for frying
