CG, bringing back memories. My grandma used to make the best Guava Jelly. She would toast Tennis Roll with butter, spread the jelly and top it off with a slice of real cheese 🧀 the best. About 85% of kids in the US don’t know exactly how their food is grown or where it comes from. They’re used to everything being in the supermarket. With Guyana progressing so much I hope the children there don’t loose that sense of farm to table, because the food does taste completely different. Enjoy your evening ❤️

The jam looks good- as for the curry my mother never used coconut milk in her fish curries- she didn’t like it so we grew up liking it without the milk and it was delicious you taste the spices more

Its really looking nice although they had changed of color when Anjalie soaked it in the water. I didn't know that jam took that long to cook. That's another one of your hidden talents.
