Quick and Easy Chicken Chop Suey with Tofu Recipe

Chicken Chop Seuy combines tender chicken breast with crunchy vegetables medley and tofu in lightly sauce. Its tasty and easy to make at home.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 colors bell peppers ( cupcicum ), chopped
- 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 150g green beans
- 125g shiitake mushroom
- 1 head broccoli
- 1/2 head couliflower
- 8 to 10 pcs squid balls
- 1 block firm tofu, cut into cubes
- 350g chicken breast, sliced
- cooking oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled nad crushed
- 1 med size onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth, add more if needed
- 2 to 3 tbsp oyster sauce, adjust as needed
- sesame oil, a few drops
- 12 pcs hrad boiled quail eggs ( optional )
