Discover how to prepare delicious GLUTEN-FREE BREAD WITHOUT YEAST in a very simple way and in record time. In today's video I will show you the easiest way to make gluten-free bread, and I will show you an example.
With this method you can experiment with the flours and gluten substitutes that you have at your disposal, and adapt the recipe to your taste.
This bread is really quick to prepare as it is made without kneading and without yeast.
Although you can use any of the flours and starches that I mention in the video, here are the ingredients that I used in the example bread.
YOU NEED (For a 20x10 cm mould)
20 gr. of quinoa flour
140 g sorghum flour
200 g corn starch
40 g. potato starch
8 g psyllium husk
8 g sugar
8 g salt
12 gr. baking powder
400 g water
