How to make Quick and Easy Party Snacks, easy to make Party Snack Recipes
►4 very popular party snacks made with boiled vegetables and mixed with mayonnaise, etc.
Mini Savoury Tarts or Goan Forminhas
Ingredients:
15 mini Tart shells or Goan Forminhas (store-bought)
165 gms Potatoes (cubed small)
100 gms Carrots (cubed small)
80 gms French beans (cubed small)
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Sugar
Salt to taste
Makes: 15
Preparation Time: 10 mins
Fish on Toast
A delicious crunchy snack, topped with fish paste made with tuna chucks, mayonnaise, butter and pepper powder
Ingredients:
24 mini Toasts (store-bought)
1 tin chunk style Tuna in olive oil (95 gms)
1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
½ Tbsp. Butter
2 pinches Black pepper powder
Makes: 24
Preparation Time: 6 mins
Egg Topping on Crackers
Ingredients:
12 Crackers
2 Eggs (boiled)
1 ½ Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Butter
¼ tsp. Black pepper powder
Red chilli powder (to sprinkle)
Makes: 12
Preparation Time: 6 mins
Cheese Sandwich
Quick and easy cheese sandwich made with cheese spread and butter, layered with finely chopped onion and coriander mixture
Ingredients:
6 slices of white bread
3 spreadable Cheese wedges
2 Tbsp. Butter
Half Small Onion (finely chopped)
½ Tbsp. fresh Coriander (finely chopped)
Makes: 6
Preparation Time: 6 mins

I think u should avoid onion on sandwich it will gv strong onion smell while eating and talking u could also make something with mince chicken mutton shallow fry kababs and something with paneer on toothpick instead of sandwich with onion and biscuits too many of them if it is left over biscuits will go waste u can still go for sandeich
