Quick and Easy Tempura Batter for Beginners

This is a tutorial for beginners on how to make tempura.

Ingredients:
Panko Bread Crumbs
1 & 1/2 cups of either Seltzer Water/ Sprite/ 7up/
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

I would think you could also use beer in place of the seltzer water and maybe add an egg?
