the hair ranges between those lengths. for example, if you order 14", you might end up getting 14,15, or 16 inches, etc hence the 14-16

I really like the cutting technique! Might try it on my curls. I trim my own hair but I have never managed to shape it the way I want it to look like which is kinda the way you shaped you curly wig. Nice!

no, i didn't. same steps just different hair. I was referring to it as the tutorial that will help in making the wig. I make all my wigs with closure the same way. Just with different types of hair
