I do similarly but I used Extra Virgin Olive oil instead of butter and rather than a blender I use a immersion mixer / Hand blender so I just keep everything in the same pot. It's very good thanks

This seems more like a baby food recipe. Needs good stock and some kind of spices or herbs Far too bland for my families taste. Even add some grated cheese or something.
