2. 1 teaspoon Salt
3. 1 tablespoon sugar
4. 2 tablespoon Coarse Gochugaru ( Korean red pepper flake)
5. 1 clove garlic fine chopped
6. 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
7. 1 tablespoon fish sauce
8. 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
9. 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
10. 1 medium carrot
11. 1 Asian chieves

I live in South Africa. I really really want to eat this kimchi but i cant find the gochagaru spice, apologies if i messed that up, can i use any other curry powder or masala spice? Thank you in advance

Gochugaru is red chilli powder. You can use some other alternative. Do a Google search, I am sure you will find something available nearby. 👍
