⬇⬇English recipe follows⬇⬇ 辣椒蘿蔔: 材料: 白蘿蔔2個 辣椒仔2隻 調味料: 白醋 冰糖 處理: 1. 白蘿蔔切頭去尾,去皮,洗乾淨。 2. 切一片片,整齊放落玻璃罌。 3. 放2隻已搣掟原隻辣椒落罌。 4. 加冰糖。 5. 倒白醋倒至滿玻璃罌。 6. 放入雪櫃雪藏24小時或以上,48小時最好。 7. 可食用。 White radish with white vinegar : Ingredients: White radish 2 Nos. White vinegar Seasoning: Rock sugar 2 Nos. Red chili 2 Nos. Steps: 1. Cut both ends of white radish, rinse thoroughly. 2. Slice white radish, put into a glass container properly. 3. Put two red chili (without anchor) into container. 4. Put 2 Nos. of rock sugar. 5. Pour white vinegar into container to full volume . 6. Refrigerate for 24 hours at least, 48 hours is the best. 7. Serve. 辣椒青瓜: 材料: 青瓜2條 辣椒仔2隻 調味料: 白醋 冰糖2粒 處理: 1. 洗淨青瓜皮。 2. 青瓜先切段,再切幼條,整齊放落玻璃罌。 3. 放2隻已搣掟原隻辣椒落罌。 4. 加冰糖。 5. 倒白醋倒至滿玻璃罌。 6. 放入雪櫃雪藏24小時或以上,48小時最好。 7. 可食用。 Cucumber with white vinegar : Ingredients: Cucumber 2 logs Red chili 2 Nos. Seasoning: White vinegar Rock sugar 2 Nos. Steps: 1. Rinse skin of cucumber thoroughly. 2. Cut into equal lengths of cucumber, slice, then put into container in order. 3. Put two red chili (without anchor) into container. 4. Put 2 Nos. of rock sugar. 5. Pour white vinegar into container to full volume . 6. Refrigerate for 24 hours at least, 48 hours is the best. 7.
