I bought Cantu leave in conditioner for my fine wavy to curly hair and weighed down my hair so much.. it is the leave in conditioner I ever used. I thought my hair was too long and over moisturizer. But when I mixed it with water it was perfect! 😅

omg that gives me hope! I have the same problem with the same product. the canto leave in is SO heavy for my thin, low porosity hair. it just looked like a wet mop 😭😂

Omg you literally saved me from wasting so many products and thank you for showing your process!!!! So easy but that is a great ratio! Best to play with it too see if I need more or less water. I have very fine hair but it's very damaged and porous. But weighed down super easily!!!

I just put a tiny dollup of gel in my hand, and spritz in some water from my spray bottle, and scrunch and twirl. I use distilled because we have really hard water where we live.

I tend to Dump Out 2 Inches of the Product then add Distilled Water to Loosen it Up. It works.

She said it’s a heavy product that will weigh your hair down so i recommend you trying it ! And if you don’t like the results you could get something new

Have you ever tried Biosilk Rockhard Jelly? I have very similar hair to you and I have used that Gel mixed with a splash of water for years... What do you use to get all the product out of your hair?

Hello Suzanne. I have not tried the Biosil Rockhard Jelly yet but I will definitely look into it. To get all the product out of my hair, right now I like to use the Shea Moisture Detox and Refresh, hair and scalp gentle shampoo and condish. It does a great job at cleansing my hair and leaves my scalp feeling fresh. I hope that helps ;)
