Thank you so much for making such incredible content and I love this new series of amazing exercise videos! I like how these workouts are short but so effective and a great way to build bone density and overall strength. Also, I really like how you do a frontal and side view for each exercise. I have power block weights too! I will be using mine for this workout. My husband use them daily and have been the best investment. I commented from my other page before, but I appreciate the low impact strength workout for my PCos ! You are the best!

Thanks so much for making these work out videos. I need to do something to flatten my tummy and get my thighs to be more shapely. I’m 68 and fairly fit but married life has made it so I’ve gained weight through the years. Keep up the good work.
