Funny, when they were switching to the new Carrier screws,I think we purchased 16 of them, they also bought the maint kits, recovery units and tube brushes. So for every pair we had revovery unit and a tube setup!

Haven't been able to sleep much lately. Woke up at 1:30 am yesterday morning...hangout for a while, then said "screw it," and went to work. Austin isn't a humid location compared to where you are, no chemical plants....to me it has to be the chemicals.....sure getting O2 in the lines doesn't help.....but my money is on the chemical guys ratio is off

@@jasonjohnsonHVAC ah the good ole body clock ⏰. Yep, it’s humid here then windy, no steady rain in awhile though. 🤔 Thanks for the video!

I have seen some pretty nasty sock filters over the years, but I guess it makes punching the tubes a bit easier! Thanks for the video

These filters do a great job at protecting the tubes. We still punched them, but the water was very clear coming out, and there was very little build up on the tube sheet.

She was still sleeping. I needed the extra time. The rubber is deteriorating and is leaking a tiny bit. Used some silicone grease to stop it for now....but a quote for new seals and steel end caps is coming
