i thank you for this informative video. I had to turn off the furnace because there was steam coming from the pressure relief valve. Well anyway, i had to turn the pilot back on and I am glad to say that your video was a great help. I am now thinking of possibly changing the pressure valve. Again I thank you for your helpful video.

I tried that diet for a while. It kicked my butt. It did stop the cravings for sweets and after a while I was never hungry. It was amazing that my appetite basically went to zero. The diet made me feel very run down though almost like I had the flu. It was tough to stick to with a few people in the house eating carbs and anything they wanted. Body builders use this diet to really cut that last bit of fat in their bodies. I think I would definitely do it again but the tiredness and weakness really was a problem for me. if anyone does it pay attention to see if it helps with memory and thinking clearer. process foods are suppose to really effect the brain.I'd love to hear Steve's take on his mood and thinking with this diet. From watching the videos I'd say his mood is good. The master HVAC tech surely helps and loves those open window rides.

That diet is an old one, but met so much resistance from the medical community it's only defense was its success over every other one. It was founded by a cardiologist,....The science was from two British prize winning scientist from the late 1800's... The recently deceased Cardiologist that founded this lifestyle diet was Dr Atkins. and now you know, the rest of the story!

Great video Steven! Like your customer, I heard the circulating pump kick in before going to bed last night but I woke up to a cold house early this morning. I have been in this house for over twenty years and never had to light the pilot so I had no idea how to do it. I got it lit this morning and I plan to give the unit a good cleaning later today. I never did get my pilot lit, ( i only have a black pilot knob it looks as though it pushes in and hubby told me before i have to push the knob in to light it🤔) but this conversation was worth it. You should do a video on keto. Of all days i run out of pellets and this happens. It's done it's few times before,i know it just needs relit but don't know how👀 New sub btw i'm going to hsve my husband check when he looks it later if it's to high. Maybe something he just didn't know.. that would shock me🙄

Curious, coming from a woman who talks a bit but not as much as some of your followers... Did you try to light the pilot light before you replaced the thermocouple? And, did you check the flame the prior year when you changed the thermocouple then? I am not judging, just trying to learn a bit to make sure I am not replacing the same part in my furnace again a year later.
