Looks wonderful. Traditionally here stroganoff would be on egg noodles. Lately I’ve been enjoying mushroom, onion ,thyme, and garlic on toast for breakfast. So this should be right up my alley. And yes please give us regular updates on the new van. I think Jonny should do it. I think he would give us more insight into the creation of your van. He did so well on the last interview.❤️

Thanks Jane …I have used this recipe a few times since you posted and it’s yummy … breakfast, lunch or dinner it’s great. I use the Oatly Cream and it’s delicious… yes yes yes more recipes please … we are out of lockdown and now just waiting for the bull bar to be added to our new MH …and very soon, as they say you won’t see us for dust and your one pot recipe Ebooks are ready to go ….. we’re getting a bit excited now.

Went in to get Jonny a Stranglers arm tattoo for his 50th. He didn’t get one, but I walked out with this 😆 Crossed feathers to represent freedom and remind me of all my feathered friends I’ve had over the years. Also, as an unexpected side note, when I look down at my arm it reminds me of the RAF wings, and my Dad was in the RAF 🥰 I love it, and want more! Have you got any?
