Wow Paul.. Just tried out the stubby gun on my Karcher today and what a game changer! 😍 Arches and wheels I found so much easier and just the control in general was great. The added snow foam attachment made transferring between the two so much quicker too. Love it. Great heads up 👍🏻👌🏻

I've upgraded to a shorty Nilfisk setup. Mine came from hose solutions and was a complete upgrade to a longer anti kink hose with brass fittings, shorty trigger and the 3 nozzles + gun quick release. It's made such difference to performance, storage and usability.

Wrong name! This is an updated version of what I purchased. Thanks for making this video, Paul. I have a cordless greenworks pressure washer and the trigger gun + snow foam lance were absolutely useless. Now that I've purchased the Autobrite snow foam lance (Nilfisk) and short gun trigger, I'm absolutely amazed by the results as it far exceeded what I imagined it to achieve for my cordless pressure washer, despite that it has only 70 bar, the power is more than enough for washing a hatchback car. No need to hold the trigger gun with 2 hands anymore 😂

Is your model the GDC40? If so, does the connector on the included hose fit the nilfisk gun proerly? I'm having difficulty verifying if the two companies are using the same type of connector.

@@BChong-ib8eo It is yes. I was having issues with the hose too, when pressing the trigger gun, the hose would fly off at high speed due to the water pressure. The trick is to push the hose in as much as you can, until both ends meet. I've used the trigger gun more than 10 times since I changed it from the original greenworks trigger gun.

I'm in the process of upgrading all my stuff (have a karcher k2, Chinese snow foam gun etc) so the stubby gun conversion is on my list. I'm building a dedicated shed for all my products as no garage. If I insulate the shed would the new karcher k4/5 be ok in there when it gets icy, I'm from up North but not as far as your mate specky!! I would class myself as an old skool weekend warrior but am learning about new products and techniques all the time from several people (most of whom you are friends with) Keep up the good work and look forward to more content in the coming months/years.

I've had two adapters break so far the first one fell apart when trying to remove the hose, although this was due to the connector on the third party hose being "aftermarket" as that was supplied by the same company a few years back they changed the connector on the hose for a genuine one. Like Clint, I was looking forward to using the replacement (had two weekends written off due to storms) and within five mins of using it the hose popped out and now does it everytime. The supplier said its an issue with the manufacturer and all the sellers use the same manufacturer which is why they've all pulled them (having Emailed a few of them, this seems to be case) There is a seller on Ebay still selling them but I don't think I'll risk it now. Disappointed to be going back to the standard lance now but hopefully they'll get the issue worked out soon

Does the adapter have nylon insert or stainless steel.. ?? I have about six of these adapters (Yellow, blue, green, etc.) for the sgs28 input and the AVA male hose connection can be pulled out of the adapter quite easily despite having been fully inserted. With one such fitting (Blue) the complete blue nylon section with "O"-ring dropped out of the fitting!

Just have a look on Amazon at replacement hoses as I've just had a look for you as you might find where the gun attached to the end of the hose to me looks the same as I have a karcher I know they use a different connection. You may find the nilfisk gun will fit the bosch aqt.

Simple the white 40degree is the widest for rinsing and the green 25degree is great for rinsing snowfoam shampoo etc the yellow 15degree door shuts boot shuts etc the red I NEVER USE

Great review, i have tried to buy one of these guns for my Karcher K2 pressure washer, but unfortunately out of stick at the moment. Can you give me an opinion on how this gun compares to the Autobrite QR gun, and also if either or both guns work withe the Karcher branded Foam cannon. Also may i ask if you always use a foam cannon to clean cars, or do you sometimes or always use a road film spray on the lower half of the car as seen used at car wash centres?
