Quick Review: Facelifted Audi Q7 45 TDI

Audi has facelifted its excellent seven-seat Q7 SUV. With more power and a higher spec for not a lot more money, the 45 TDI is not suddenly the one to have.

Wireless android auto that doesn't crash would be nice.

Is that a thing? I didn't know it was a thing. I know a certain other German manufacturer has been wrestling with it to get it work.

@@TheRedlinedotcom it is. I have an aftermarket kenwood in my ute which is supposed to work but doesn't because I'm on Android 10 with wpa3 wireless. USB works but crashes randomly. It will be a big factor in my next car decision. It should be an easy update for the firmware but JVC support is atrocious.

That's deeply ordinary, but I'd imagine anything factory-supplied is going to be a better bet. OEM-supplied wireless Android Auto is almost not a thing, it's taking them a while to get it right. I don't know why that is.
