Perfect timing on an all standing stretch for me after walking 10k in the Miami airport on a looooong layover 😂 No touching the gross floor! My body is very grateful. Hammies are happy!

I used to either skip post run stretch or do just a short static stretch. Now i always do 10 min post run stretch and i recover so much quicker and i it's much easier to run sub 4:00 tempo per km. Interval 3:35 per km feels much easier than 3:55 couple of months ago. All thanks to your great stretch programs. You're the man , Ash ✌️✌️🤗😉💯

I appreciate this all standing stretch, as just done this at the bottom of a very muddy mountain, after a fell run, and I didn't fancy sitting or laying down to stretch! 😂

Another cracking stretch session, Ash! I’m just working my way back in post-London, and your stretching videos are definitely the reason I’ve not ached or suffered post 26.2miles!! Cheers mate! P.S. when I’ve watched a couple of videos over the past week or so, it’s said “restricted comments” (or similar) so I’ve not been able to comment. Is this usual for new videos as I’ve not noticed it before 🤷🏼‍♂️

I am having tracking issues with my left kneecap. I have taken time off running, concentrating on building strength in my glutes and leg muscles. Are there any specific stretches I could be doing?

That’s a really tricky area to help with through video. It would be a good idea to see a local physio or even explore Feldenkrais.
