I know you often comment on how much you talk during your videos, but as a fellow teacher, I want to acknowledge how essential your clarifications are for our understanding and body awareness. Here after following another video on hip mobility and all I can say is thank you Ash! Some deep hip pain has made my running difficult over the past couple of months and these stretches targeted the exact area of my discomfort and brought relief. Would keep doing them in tandem with my runs. Thank you!

Thank you, finished 33 km in the morning and 6 km recovery in the afternoon. So i'm glad i had your stretch! Yes, i tought it was going to be cold this morning, i had my long tights on, a bit to warm today😂 in 15 degrees.

I only just started running today. I did a lot of stopping and starting and probably altogether did less than 2KM. I have asthma and am embarrassed at how unfit I am 😂 thanks for making a great, accessible video! ❤

I’ve been asthma free for almost 10 years now. (I’m not saying running is going to cure your asthma but it will hopefully help strengthen your respiratory system) Well done on your first run, glad you enjoyed this stretch with me 😊🙌🏻❤️

Thanks ash I have been enjoying your videos. Today when pulling the leg up and across with the block on the bum. I encountered really bad cramp in my arches of my feet. I say arches they are practically non existent arches guess I will need some arch supports when running next. Great videos btw, I like them because you take it easy and slowly you don't rush like many other people so please keep that calm relaxed style you have. Thanks

Doing the couch to 5k program and have just run my first 5k post partum and first in about 4 years. Have always given up running previously due to injury (too much too soon!) so I’m hoping these vids will help me look after myself! Thanks Ash!

Thanks again Ash. Today was long run Friday put in 10 miles with 5-40 second speed repeats at the end. My calves didn't like the 1st 3 miles from a really hard leg workout that I did on Monday but I pushed through and kept moving along!
