Hey there! Do you have any clips that showcase Pigeon Pose? I saw one on your IG post, would love to share you w/ a non-IG friend.

Greetings from Norwich, UK! I'd like to see a slightly longer hip mobility/flexibility routine please, it's the single area I struggle with most and really need to get working on it!

Hey Joe I like these exercises very much! I’m 22 and I play soccer and have some problems with my adductors and hips so these exercises seem to help me. I do have question though. Should I be concerned about my shoulders if I can’t do the last exercise because my left shoulder hurts when I put my hips up. I’ve had impingement Syndrom 2-3 years ago I steel feel the effects unfortunately. You have any advice for me, like warming up my shoulders before I do this workout in order to not get so much problems while getting the upper hip up? Greetings from Germany! :D

i heard from a physio that in order to see any real benefits from a stretch that you need to hold it for 2minutes and 30 seconds. What are you thoughts on this?

Max Jansons I can hold a stretch for 15-30 seconds and feel and see a difference. Which can help me do whatever I’m doing after better. Example, light stretching before a workout. So you can stretch different durations and still get “real benefits”
