I hope everyone is staying safe! Staying home can put a toll on our body from either staying in one spot for too long or the increase in at-home workouts. Give this a try and I hope it helps you feel better!

Been following this guys insta for a while now. His videos, tips, and stretches are so helpful, a lot of chronic knots I’ve had are gone bc of the stretches I’ve learned from him!

Yoooo, I just did this routine. Fixed a sore back i’ve had for 2 days. Quick and easy, i may do this every morning

So thankful for your videos, they are mush needed! Especially this one since I’m usually on my feet 8 hours a day but now I’m sitting so much due to working at home
