Is there a snap to surface? Like a snap together tool but interactive?

You need to make the mesh you want it snapped to live: magnet icon on the top left side of the toolbar.

@@LowPolyPizza Thanks. That works, but it doesn't auto align the object you're moving. It something, though.

There is another option called Live, which will attach things to the surface. Looks like a regular magnet. QuadDraw also uses this feature. I hope that helps!
