I have been trying to stay on a plant diet. The trouble I am running into is no good easy meal prep videos that are freezable. I also would love to see a video of kitchen/ pantry essential or groceries for beginner plant based people.

plant based also includes lots more fruit and fruit only meals - in fact it's only fruit that will accelerate your body healing itself as the water in fruit has gone through photosynthesis - PHOTONsynthesis - which is what our bodies absorb when we get sunlight onto our skin - i suggest you study all you can about PHOTONS and then you will innerstand why fruit is the only food that should go into our bodies - it's a long journey but one well worth starting - books by Norman Walker. herbert shelton, KZbin of Loren Lockman...enjoy

Promised my experience with tofu slice and bbq beast. I used Red Star nutritional yeast, x 2025. It was very bitter. I bought it specifically for vegan cheese sauce recipe and threw it out. Must be the yeast. Will try again with another brand or bulk product. Husband was fine with finished product, so all was not lost. ❤

4 Tbl combined paprikas doesn’t sound like it would be a typo. Maybe just didn’t want to go 4 Tbl of straight smoked paprika. As to over smoke flavor. Possibly. 2cents. I haven’t looked at the recipe vids either.

I make tofu stroganoff all the time, but it's cubed so the flavors go in each bite. I have tried sliced tofu all kinds of ways and think it's awful. I made the bbq beast boost enough for 1 block and will try it tomorrow. Wish me luck and I'll let you know how it turns out. I might try to fry it with the seasoning on. Might... all the best, vegetable water lady. ❤

Looks really good. I'm very interested in the tofu especially. How much does the seasoning penetrate the tofu, I'm wondering? That is where I tend to have problems when I do tofu. You basically have a flavor bomb on the outer part and then completely bland in the middle.
