I've been collecting old lawn boy mowers for 16 years now and I'm still collecting them and even I didn't know until taryl showed this video I didn't know that you have to move the the piston to top dead center and set the at 90 degrees.

That's a good piece of advice about the blade orientation. Shouldn't that 90-degree rule be used with all push mowers?

fun fact. If you buy a used ceiling fan, never buy one where they removed the blades. for when a fan is assembled from the box, and used the motor in every speed wears and levels the blade from use. and if you re-install the blades that were not marked where they were removed, it will run wobbly, and out of balance.
