In this video, I will be sharing my quick but super effective warm-up routine to open up your upper body, lower body, and core muscles. You can do this before your actual workout, or even on it's own just to keep you movin'. A quick 3 minute warm-up routine is better than no workout at all! #ProgressNotPerfection
Forgetting to warm-up before working out has been a sin of mine ever since. I often just go straight to my workout routine. But eventually, I noticed that whenever I warm-up, I burn more calories during the workout, and I don't sprain or become sore as much after the workout.
That turned me into a believer that warm-ups are as important as the actual workout. I now always always always warm-up before working out.
I hope this does wonders to your routine too.
PS. You, do you guys. Modify whenever you need to. Always prioritize your form. #ProgressNeverPerfection and don't forget to hydrate before, during, and after your workout.
