I’m just confused about something in the context of subgroups. Earlier you could setup the whole bus to a be subgroup and then everything would go to the bus as a group. But now there’s no bus mode anymore and you are able to send some channels to the bus as a group and also some as pre/post fader at the same time. Which is kinda confusing. Why even have a group tap mode at this point? Isn’t it the same as sending everything post fader and keeping that at 0? Intuitively you’d either have the bus setup as a group, or pre/post fader. Would love for you to clear this out for us. Thanks a lot! Your content has been very helpful so far!

@@ShayanMusic hi 👋 It’s exactly the same result, a post faders send a -0 is the same result as a Subgroup, especially since we not have the Sends full open form channels to bus and bus to bus/matrix. The only difference is the option. Setting everything as group removes the possibility of send error with a different send level. You can only enable or disable each channels onto a Groupe.

Et dernier point, en France, nous ne sommes pas encore livré d'aucune WING noire. Les dates sont de 4 à 5 semaines encore chez Thomann. On dirait que cette fois§ci, ils ont privilégier le territoire américain !!

I'm curious why I don't have those options. I'm on Wing Edit (Rack) 3.1. For me, Source Select is on the (top) Home tab, not the (2nd) Config tab and it's not labeled "Bus Feed Configuration" and doesn't have all those option. I'm on Wing Edit 3.1, but not connected to the mixer. Is this only available for the desk and not the Rack?

@@synthuaxed is your rack running 3.0.5? I was told that WING edit for the rack my not have been updated yet. Try the Latest version of the firmware and navigate the rack screen

Par contre, ils n'ont pas mis le Wing Edit à jour avec la version 3.0.5, ce qui fait que l'on n'a pas accès à ces menus... Dommage pour les possesseurs du Rack!
