I just finished watching your video, and I was actually diagnosed with a B12 deficiency last summer after experiencing pain and numbness in my feet I was on bedrest for almost 2 months and took me almost 6 months for my health to get back to normal and to look and feel okay again. I’ve never tried your product and didn’t know it could help with not only hair growth, but also my health condition, so thank you again so much for all of this useful information and I’m happy that God led me to this video to help me further with not only learning about hair grow tips, but now I found another solution to help With my B12, vitamin deficiency. So grateful, God bless again❤

I haven't finished the video yet so I don't know if you bring up kefir or not, but milk or water kefir are very beneficial for our gut health also, there's more prebiotics in kefir than in greek yogurt! I used to have a sensitive stomach but I feel like I can eat anything now as long as I drink kefir consistently. Not to mention I think it makes my hair grow like a weed. I'm currently growing it out from a pixie cut and even with a couple trims in the back to keep from getting the mullet, my hair is skimming the tops of my shoulders starting with a very short pixie 9 months ago (like the back and sides were clippered). You can buy kefir from the store or make your own, I wish everyone luck growing! ❤

Okay, let me just confirm the Native shampoo is it!! I purchased it as soon as I seen you mention it on instagram. I completely cut out washing my hair everyday. I started washing my hair with cold water anything but HOT water, I do drink the greens and I just never use heat because I’m lazy and never so my hair 😂 buuuut my hair grewwww! I recently cut it to cut off all the bleach hair I had in my hair and I cut my hair above my shoulder about 3 months ago and I’ve been using the same shampoo , etc and it’s past my shoulders now!! I do exfoliate my head maybe once a week but girrrrrrl listen to her !!! 🫶🏻😭✨

I’ve always had long hair & whenever I cut it I basically mourn my hair I chopped😂 I don’t feel like long hair holds energy in a negative way but in a very positive powerful way. I have such a strong connection with my hair now & im very mindful of certain products I use for my hair. Theirs so many times I wanted to dye my hair but couldn’t lol. My whole life I’ve always got compliments about my hair length & how healthy it is, check below👇🏻 Here’s what helps me: I put heat in my hair maybe once a month I’m always doing heat less curls (turn out better than a wand or waver imo) I never use a blow dryer! Air drying is the best I massage shampoo & conditioner in my hair in the shower I use scrunchies or soft elastic hair ties I also braid my hair sometimes too before bed but not tight! I also recommend brushing your hair before showering to reduce hair fall out Be patient ! Hair growth takes time & is all worth it when you reach your hair goals🩷✨

when you don't braid your hair at night, how do you wear it to sleep? If i sleep in a low ponytail or braid it bothers me as i like to sleep on my back sometimes. However if i do a high pineapple bun or ponytail i'm afraid that i'll be putting tension and stress on my hair line (i already have a thinner hairline naturally) because if i make it loose, my hair will fall out of the scrunchie during the night and i'll wake up with my hair down and messy so i kind of have no choice but to make the bun/ponytail tighter. For reference i have short-medium 2c 3a hair

@@btshwaiting I’m a side & stomach sleeper so I usually have my hair down with no hair tie but my hair is straight up above my head & my neck is visible lol. Also I sleep with a satin pillow case & I highly recommend! I think what’s best for you is a satin bonnet so your hair isn’t in your way & it’s comfortable💞 I use bonnets when I do overnight curls & my hair isn’t frizzy in the morning & they’re easy to sleep in!
@btshwaiting

@@Lilahlourdes oh ok yeah i should definitely invest in a satin bonnet. I do have a satin pillowcase but my head slips off it and i will wake up with my head on my mattress LOL. Thanks! 💖

I’ve actually been using her friends, shampoo, conditioner, the magic drops, and hair mask for almost 4 months now and I’ve noticed a difference using it my hair has gotten so much longer, and I have no more dandruff and my hair feels thicker to. I also have that shampoo and conditioner that Afrika showed on her, KZbin at my boyfriend’s house, and that one is also a good brand as well feels good on my hair/ head. I also chopped my hair off a lil over a year ago and my hair is already past my boobs.
