I think people don't complain as much about being shot by double-bushed tanks as they do about arty, and that tanks drowning themselves mostly affects people chasing marks of excellence, and even then arty has low HP. Sure, it might affect people doing very specific missions every now and then, but maybe that's a problem with the missions, especially if you consider that now there are less and less arties for those missions. Just to be clear though, if / when I do play arty, if I'm the last one alive I'll come out of the woodwork pointing at the sky right away, I wouldn't drown myself. But I can see how someone used to play RTS games for example, where it's common practice to quit a game when you know you've lost, would think nothing of jumping into the water. The faster they die, the faster we all get our vehicles back and can play the next match. Some people are just mean though, I know.

Grille skin is great. But I have one issue: As Quickybaby said, they should punish any players, that drown on purpose. Not reward them with a skin! Some of them are not even suiciding at the end of the battle. Some see the team not behaving as they want to, then flame in the chat, then suicide.

I used to be a collector, but since a year or so, WG have really upped their production on putting more and more premiums into the game, where I stopped being able to catch up, and now also stopped caring as much. The tanks look alright, but I'm just too done with feeling like I have to play constant catch up with these tanks. I'll mostly take some time off the game uring Holiday Ops, and play a bit near the end to do all the missions really quick. I might buy a few boxes later on as well, because it's easy gold, but I really feel like 5 new high tier tanks is just too overwhelming.

Well in 6 years I've spent $250 per year. HO loot boxes are the only time I spend money on Wot. I use the gold to buy bundles with 5x xp boosters (542 right now) credit 50% boosters (over 600), Premium days are over 1600. Personal reserves over 3,000. Gold is an outstanding return. I buy Premium tanks and use it to convert xp to free xp when ever there is a 35 or higher discount. No idea how much gold I have used but I still have 235,000. For about $0 .70 cents a day or just over $20 a month. Spending $250 a year on loot boxes is well worth it to me. Enjoy the game!

Tanks looked really cool and skins were nice up until the M53. Drowning is supposed to be a bannable offense because: You take away the chance for the enemy to finish missions; you leave your team short a tank in a situation where they may have won with your help. I report them every single time and when I run out of complaints for the day I message them to let them know that it's clearly stated in the physics abuse rules. Worst reply I've gotten is that the community managers (like AF's position) have drown on the WG stream so they thought it was okay. WG not enforcing their own rules is a big part of why I decided against spending money at all most of this year and finally uninstalled a couple of weeks ago. That and unwillingness to balance down OP premiums. I have 100+ premium tanks but the OP few make it feel not worth playing the rest. Adding a zero delay double barrel gun isn't going to help that either.

12:30 - I beg to differ. If your team has failed that miserably, why not? This is a HUMAN vs HUMAN contest, not against NPCs. They get their jollies out of destroying you (and credits, xp, et al). So, by DENYING them the finishing blow YOU have succeeded - you're not loosing much XP because it's a loss already, but by denying them their jollies YOU are victorious in the psychological contest. They don't get the XP for your particular destruction, but they're going to win anyway so are guaranteed XP and credits anyway. It's psychological, thumbing your nose at the victors. That's IT, nothing more. The most WG should do is remove xp & credits, that is *ALL*. Only if you drive off and cliff dive or drown within the first minute or two should there be harsher penalties - but that has to be carefully weighed for overzealous scouts who drive horribly and end up off a cliff or in the drink. And, besides, banning people for thumbing their nose at the enemy would cause people to simply quit. Every person they *drive away* who is not a cheat is just potential money they simply will never see again. They should focus on cheats (despite running a cheat engine on the side) instead. At least cheats not using their product, anyway.

Matters not, perma ban ppl with Sore loser syndrome and the problem is solved, they are no better than cheaters when they force throw a match due to poor sportsmanship.
