Hello, This is a very nice and effective tied pattern (like many other classics) made of some synthetic material that surprises in terms of similarity and I suppose in durability also which undoubtedly in the future will be the only option, however I believe that still many fly fishermen like me prefer to use natural materials which are not compared by their beauty and other characteristics. The intention of my comment has not been to offend anyone, the options are many and all enrich our favorite sport.

Thanks For The Comment! I Don't Think Synthetic Will Be The Only Option In The Future Alot Of People Still Like To Tie Original Patterns So I Don't Think It Will Replace Them, That Being Said I Still Love The Look At Natural And I Try To Use It As Much As Possibly!

The only positive criticism I have is the wings are a bit too far forward and 1 size undersized. How long have you been tying? Do you know Cory Cabral of Frosty Fly?

I see that you have a brand of your own hooks. I haven’t seen them offered at retail anywhere. I’d like to check them out. Any possibility of some dry and nymph samples? I’m well connected and can spread the word for you. Pro Staff for Dyna-King, J:son Sweden, Jan Siman Ltd., Deer Creek, and my work is in the American Museum of Fly Fishing. A good friend of mine is the Editor in Chief of Kype Magazine.

really like the synthetic peacock quill. Not really a huge fan of the realistic wings tho. When it comes to dry flies, the most important part of the fly is the bottom since thats what the fish see. They are not nearly as picky when it comes to the top of the fly

I Like How Long It Is And That It Is Sticky On The Back Side, So Many Times I Will Be Wrapping Quills And They Break Or Slip And Have To Start Over Again, I Would Recommend Checking Them Out And Try Them And See For Yourself, Just Because I Enjoy Them Doesn't Mean Its For Everyone, Comes Back To The Same Thing With The Wings.
