Quin is such a chad for playing dead cells and making it past the concierge after not playing for a year. But the bank is a total nightmare if you are not on assist mode, I don’t blame you for dying like that, I would love to see more dead cells it’s a great game.

Dead cells is very much practice eventually you will be able to beat it. A few things to help you for scroll stats focus on one color whenever possible since damage is important and scales like crazy. Affix synergy and synergy in general are very important for builds and successful runs. Finally never go into the bank before the first boss lol. Unless you want the challenge avoid an bank

tip for dead cells, put every possible scroll into one color for optimal damage :) thats why the first boss took so long, because you put some scrolls into green

Enter the gungeon is hard, but I don't think you'd never "beat" those games. Heck, It took me multiple on and off years to unlock the final character, yet I eventually did it. So long as you're decent at the game, you WILL eventually stumble onto the golden RNG required to beat its hardest challenges.

an easy and kinda cheesy trick to dead cells, is to back up your save at the start of every floor, if you die, just go back, copy your back up to your current and your good to go, makes cursed sword runs a lot easier

I played Bowser's Inside Story a few days ago and had a familiar feeling from the comedic scenes until I realized that it is EXACTLY your sense of humor. i honestly feel bad because i beat both of these with less than 80 hours on each, and you seem like a nice person. first things first: dead cells. clearly you have a lot of upgrades, but to start off i suggest going for every rune you can get excluding explorers because it's hard to get if you suck and i still hate that area. this allows you to get everything. take your time, figure out the timings for your dodge or if you want to, your shield. once you feel comfortable with avoiding damage, learn which enemies are easy to kill with what weapons. once this happens, you can probably beat the first difficulty. just sort of rinse repeat until you can get good enough to beat the rest of the game, but just note that aspects prevent you from earning boss cells. this means that in 5 boss cells you have no reason not to take one outside of challenging yourself. now, ETG. start with marine, I'd suggest, and work your way through the game methodically, but don't be too slow or the game spawns more enemies. remember to stand in the doorway of chest rooms and shoot the chest once with your stock gun to test for mimics and remember that bullets spawn from the end of the gun, allowing you to safely shoot from behind cover. also, just know that your Strat of only dodging when necessary isn't always the best. it can be used for positioning. if there's anything else you want to know about these games or another game like hades for example just respond and I'll get back to you. (p.s. I want to make it clear that i played both games on a laptop so idk if controller will be harder, easier, whatever)

Dead cells is probably the hardest game I’ve ever played, getting to the spoiler boss in normal has taken hundreds of hours. I’ve gotten to the biome past the final boss once on 5bc normal. I beat the entire soulsborn series on breaks from dead cells and they mostly got nothing on the higher bc runs. I’ll beat it eventually tho
