Yes, Carlyle may be the reason for the diversity of the dolls, specially in Fashionistas, and I absolutely thank him for it. But come on Mattel!, just keep him on the playline side, and away from the Collector Barbie dolls! Have you seen Luciana Global Glamour Barbie doll that Carlyle designed?! It was a GOLD label doll and her skirt looks like it was wrapped in tissue paper. Please bring back Linda Kyaw and Robert Best, their designs are waaay Superior than his.

I thought Linda Kyaw and Robert Best are still designing Barbies. But yeah I think Carlyle designs for Barbie are better off in the play lines. Mattel need to hire better Barbie designers for both play lines and collector lines who know what Barbie fans want.

Why can’t I buy it on the website?? I wanted this to be my ultime muñeca (last doll) for my quince but I can’t buy it. Barbie is literally my childhood I really want this doll to wrap up my childhood but it won’t let me buy it :(
