These are 2 components of a recipe from the Summer Thermomix magazine.
I'm always looking for lower carb meals with the most nutrition packed into them and the cauliflower element of the tabbouleh is what attracted me to this recipe. Both of these two parts of the recipe can be made in advance - another advantage!
The missing element was the fish which I steamed in the varoma later on with the quinoa underneath in the simmering basket underneath.
Its a healthy and delicious meal!
