Made 3 pizzas and topped it with veggies and “Beyond Meat” ground meat. Ate 2 slices for lunch every day this week. Filling and delicious yet does feel heavy like flour pizza. Also added garlic powder to the crust recipe. Loved it! 🙂

Wow, you're such a beautiful, healthy specimen! (Ha ha.) Seriously, your eyes are mesmerizing! Thank you for your health-promoting videos. I went Vegan in 2013, but I've foolishly done some dairy, in the last couple of years. (Thanks a lot, chocolate!) I have all the ingredients for amazing Vegan pizza, but I don't have any pizza crust. I just found this video, so now I can soak some quinoa for tomorrow's 'Pizza Day!' I do have a great suggestion for pizza. Cook a 'Japanese sweet potato' and mash it up. Spread it over your crust. It'll make every bite delicious, plus it'll prevent the crust from getting soggy from other ingredients. I use a Breville sous chef (16) cup food processor, so everything looks like it's made in a restaurant. (Veggies are perfectly sliced & minced.) I stack tons of veggies on top, and have lost my taste for oily cheese substitutes. I slice zucchini, so they look like pepperoni. Finely mince garlic, greens, jalapenos, nutritional yeast, spices and add my Japanese sweet potato in, to make a thick paste. Sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and even 'Fresh pineapple.' (Don't judge.) If you make (2) pizzas, you can share! You're amazing! Thank you for the inspiration. 'm gonna watch more of your videos.

Always wash quinoa BEFORE soaking or cooking - it is really dirty. Same as rice. Thanks for great recipes 🧡
@PinkLady543 жыл бұрын
You are Correct!! though it isn't just about dirt that it's necessary... though that doesn't hurt either ;-) Dr Weil advises rinsing very well, maybe 3 times with cool water Before soaking as soaking first can allow the anti-nutrients like saponins to leech into the seed. Not everyone is as sensitive to the destructive nature of saponins but always wise to be vigilant. Also adding vit C rich foods when ingesting high phytic acid foods help balance it's effects.

well one, calories are not your enemy, two its made out of quiona which is disgustingly good for you. but, its also pizza, its junk food. othere using hummus or olive tapenade and fresh spinach and basil it wont be much healthier. this is a gf, indulgent option that doesnt harm animals
