yo i didnt know dermatillomania was a thing and i looked it up and I might have to talk to my mental health professionals about that lol. I was literally chewing at my skin for the last 45 minutes and if this comment didn't catch my attention i would've started bleeding. thanks for this, really. My constant picking bothers my s/o because he worries whenever I hurt myself and now I might have a reason behind why I pick at myself so much. Even if I don't have dermatillomania the different exercises to help treat it might help me, so thank you. :D

Idk why people freak out about hang nails just pull them while pressing on the opposite end with another finger and you won’t bleed and it will hurt much less
