This is awesome info! I just recently shared my journey on my page by going from 16% body fat to 11.9% body fat in just a month. Although I’m currently in my bulking stage now, my goal is to stay lean while bulking. Anyway, your arms are amazing

Good morning ☀️ just love all of your excellent information. I have acid reflux too, I’ve been battling this for years. Raw honey helps (1 teaspoon am & Pm) I stay away of from spicy, never liked them anyway. I’ve learned to use lactaid ice cream & love the gluten & dairy free milks. Salmon & avocados are a big favorite. I also enjoy coconut frozen yoghurt. I’m currently trying to take off approximately 30 lbs & want to thank you for all of your helpful tips. I walk on a regular basis and do small amounts of weight training, hoping to be where I need to be around may 😊 Listening to you, helps me stay on track. Thank you from the bottom of my heart love, Joy from New Jersey. 👏🏻🌟🥰 ps ~ you’re right consistency is the word not perfect! 🥰

Thank you Joy! ❤️ I'm glad that my videos are helpful. Acid reflux isn't fun, that's for sure! I can't really do spicy/fried food and fatty meats. I definitely enjoy my salmon and avocado though! 😋
