Limited Liabillity Corporations are treated as a seperate legal entity removed from its human founders for the purpose of bankruptcy and other such things. Hey Kwite. Just want to say, I generally really dislike channels like yours which are just different flavors of 'reading reddit posts'. But i've been a follower for quite a long time and every single video i decide to tune in for, i leave mildly surprised by how much i enjoyed it.
