Yes it is!! We miss it but talk about going places in the future. Oh Snap! We would have Renegotiated the house of price by the cost of repair of the septic. This is something the seller should have known! Hope he - they gave you something for this problem.....The roller coaster of life.....

The issues ended up being an easy fix, and the seller paid for the whole thing. We're finding out other neighbors had this issue as well, so it's something the builder did wrong. Closing crisis averted 😊

We're thrilled for you! This is precisely why we choose not to RV full-time. We're happy RVing for 4-6 months annually. We love our new neighborhood a little more, but I can imagine that if we waited a few more years to buy, we couldn't afford to be in this neighborhood either. Granddaughter is loving our yard, so I know we picked the right house, lol 😊

We had a similar problem when we purchased our house. The movers damaged several walls. We had the owners put extra funds in escrow and used that to make the repairs. Really stinks that happened. Good luck guys!

We had a mound system and had to be emptied with singed off inspection every two years in Wisconsin. You had a lot of moving parts and laughter helps in times of stress 😂

So sorry you had issues with your house and selling your Rv. Hopefully before you closed the septic tank got fixed. Out in the country in Michigan they have septic tanks but I never knew how they work. Hopefully things will better. Glad you found another buyer for the Rv. That was fast. Miss you in the road but I’m glad you are with your daughter and granddaughter. And to that’s important. I watched your brother boy he is good! He had me in tears with his sermon. Yes, just a ray of emotion with last-minute unexpected issues. I'm with Leslie.... I like to be prepared and be proactive, not reactive. Now that you guys already crossed that bridge...hope you're enjoying your new home. We also had some incidents trying to get moved out of the Rv into our house. Hubby decided to make a last-minute stop at the gas station before we headed to our new place...Geeeezze we thought the gas station canopy was high enough to clear our rig at the pump. We've been full-timing for 5 yrs and never once had a mishap to the Rv....Low and behold...What's that noise? ##!%& Oops! It took out the back airconditioner! And lifted the roof!! Hubby says it will probably need a whole new roof because you can't just patch that sh t!Now we have this beautiful skylight/ moonroof...right above our bed. Called insurance company...called MP's.... Called every Rv repair shop within a 100 mile radius...all booked out for at least 3 weeks!! And that's just to get an estimate! Needless to say...now our Rv sits at the MWR storage lot...with a tarp over the top. Oh happy days 😂

Urgh septic issues! It was on the buyer for the farm also as we had sold as seen but we still felt really bad when it failed. 😞 but hey least you got a free inspection!

That happened to my Bro in Law. Buyer did inspection and didnt pass... Luckily the buyer loved the place so much they were willing to wait 2 weeks for closing. Good Luck

We had a similar issue when we purchased our property. Septic had a crack and had a slow leak. $3,300 later…. Can’t wait to see your new place. It’s kind of bitter sweet huh? I felt that way when we finally got our house built and moved in. Kind of missed the small holiness of the fifth wheel.

Always want it to go smoothly, but... Glad to hear sold truck, if you intend to buy something new to replace it, hold off until after the closing. Unfortunately, the RV hadn't sold as would help your credit score, but at least it is in the process. I cringed when I heard all the stuff you bought with pending delivery that now needed to be rescheduled. Not because of the hassle, but of potential impact if financed. While the urge is to have the entire house ready on day 1, as a Realtor I tell clients not to go out to Rooms to Go and furnished the entire house with delivery day after closing. I've seen closing fail as the mortgage company runs one last credit check on closing day, and pulls the funding, as their credit score sunk below the allowable limit for the loan due to their financing all the furnishings to have the house ready on day 1. Always defer major purchases after closing!

We bought a car before closing and our lender guy said no problem, he knew the truck and rv were leaving and understood we needed a vehicle fir when the truck sold. All the stuff we ordered was supposed to come 4 days after closing (Amazon's timeline was way off). Thankfully the current owner said no problem, send whatever you need and I'll kerp it in one of the bedrooms. The delivery furniture was coming 10 days after, so we felt comfortable with the delivery dates. Thankfully the fix was easy and fast. We were done with all the finance stuff and they were good to go- really outside of the septic issue, the lawyers would have been the only thing that could have delayed closing. It all worked out 😊

So we had a lift station with a pump the liquids were pumped out to a tank the drained to a leach feild never a problem and thats in south fl so yourr questions are legit did someone cut a corner ? Keep us posted
