Salaam to my Muslim brothers, I'm a Serbian Orthodox Christian, long before Sheikh's view I have considered Our Orthodox Christianity and true Islam as the two closest faiths to God/Allah. I have visited many Muslim countries and listened to the mesmerizing calls to prayer, that touched my heart no people who have such a powerful prayer can be evil but to the contrary a God's people. The war in Bosnia was called out by the west, what took place there saddened me deeply and may God never allow it ever again. I Love my Muslim brothers until we meet on alliance day and wish you all the very best and may Allah keep you all safe and protected. For those that do not know we true Orthodox Christians do not consider the "roman Catholics or protestants western christians" as Christian people.

Our liturgical life is based on St Benedict and the Office or 'Hours of Prayer', which St Benedict's monks standardized.
