I am Catholic, and I totally love your vlogs. I have started to read the Holy Quran, and I am absolutely fascinated with its truths and palatable sense of civility. I have to favorite this one because I am sometimes tempted to anger and feel like I want to explode or displace my anger onto the object of my anger. Remembering to forgive, like you said, shows that mankind can control himself for the greater glory of Allah. Love these vlogs!

The reason we can't forgive people in the family is because you expect the most from your family. Family is supposed to help you shine and bring you up rather than tearing you down. May Allah give us all the courage to forgive in anger.

Ohh Allah the merciful, indeed this is the reason why Im losing patience all the time. I think I have expected too much out of my parents while they may not be capable of doing things I could do. Instead of them helping me, I should help them for I read and Quran better than those who don't.
@zeeekim4 жыл бұрын
I was just about to ask, why do we do that. amongst my friends, they all know me as someone who easily forgives people. and very patient. but I have no idea why, I am easily angry with my family, especially my mom. But when you said it this way, I kinda understand a little. maybe if others do me wrong, I would care less, like they mean nothing to me. but when my family do wrong, I became so upset like, you're my family, how could you do this to me.

I didn't know till now how big of a sin is anger and how big of a reward is it to forgive and let go in that situation. I'm shook. This video doesn't only teach us how to control anger/frustration/agitation, but it also explains how to gracefully control the negative vibe/situation by accepting it as your azmiash; how well you can manage yourself, your temper and hence earn a reward in this life and the life hereafter. Only if you keep your patience. Subhan Allah. Jazakallah for posting it.

OMG! Alhamdililah! I really needed this. May Allah reward all of our teachers who r helping us to connect to Quran. Im just so emotional right now. I was wt my therapist i couldn't figure out my anger issue... my mom she is going through alot so her patience is not always in best form. She reacts n after i talk bk similarly. That was disturbing me alot. Of course i keep asking for forgiveness to mom n Allah. I know this was one of the worst thing i could do. Im kind to others but i find it difficult to b kinder to ppl closer to me. I did alot of thinking. Self searching..... no answer was satisfying. I have low self-esteem how do i have ego? I don't understand my mom. But i know i have respect care for her for many reasons... i don't want Allah to b upset with me. But it's so hard not to talk bk. Today i was talking to Allah again abt this.... n i found this . This was simple, v effective, to the point. Not sure i can control. I will keep trying. How does my keep forgiving me. SubhanAllah she is again amazing. He deserves more, better than me. I wanted share my emotions so someone else can relate perhaps find a way to heal,hope. Yes we have difficulties, not perfect. Sometimes mistakes that we can't accept. Have hope in Allah. He can hear u, only He can give u strength that u can't. Ur dua n hope is ur assets. If u hurt someone by ur anger fix it , asap. Than work on ur self. Yes it's hard to b kind to ur parents especially If they r ill or lonely,or getting old. But our Allah is waiting wt His presence n jannah. So,forgive. They r not always in their right mind. Forgive. For some it's ur jihad. Salam my big family.

بارك الله لك وبارك الله فيك. May Allah enlighten you furthermore. Actually I got badly upset by one of my family members this week. Rethinking about my reaction, I felt like aallah would not okay or happy with such view. However I kept thinking why if I only took my revenge. Sincerely I couldn't find a reason why should I deny myself or forgive if it's even allowed in Islam. I heard from many people and got into many discussions towards that case, nothing managed to persuade me That was Untill I got your video Thanks to God Masha'allah. Looks like understanding the noble Qur'an would be enough for any Muslim to live well according to Islam. "أنزلنا كتاب فيه ذكركم" فالحمدلله بارك الله لك نعمان على خان نتمتني ألّا تتوقف أبدا عن مثل هذا الاجتهاد القويم. والحمدلله أن أعاننا على أنفسنا بالقرءان وأن أعاننا على أنفسنا ببعضنا بارك الله لكم
