NEVER take your child's hard earned money or ask them to take responsibility for things you should be paying for. The last story with the nurse, they might consider it sexual harassment in HR because it has something to do with her body parts and nipples for some reason are a sexual part of women. It's inappropriate imo to call someone by their body parts and stuff like that. Like "fat Jessica or Jessica with the nipples" it's inappropriate to say the very least.

I think it would be pretty dumb to call it sexual harassment I mean it didn't seem sexual in this case just quite rude.
@articulatalice93843 жыл бұрын
WHOA!! On the last story OP does NOT need to go to the other nurses about that she needs to go directly to HR!! I have friends/family in nursing and the culture is terrible! They are mostly shady and rude and cliquey and if OP comes to them about this, especially if she mentions going to HR, it will turn from a nickname to actual harrassment, though I'm pretty sure using someones NIPPLES as an identifier is already sexual harrassment in itself because coworkers (there must be male nurses too) are obviously looking at her breasts and if it was a harmless nickname they wouldn't have felt the need to hide it like they obviously were. That nickname is malicious, the nurses are not to be dealt with, she needs to file a harrassment complaint with HR

rSlash definitely missed the mark on this story. The way he laughed while telling his own story really made it feel like he was brushing off the feelings of the nurse. It IS sexual harassment and it should go to HR. The fact that everyone around her avoided her tells us that they all know it’s inappropriate, and it should be dealt with as seriously as any other form of sexual harassment. I usually really love his takes on these stories, but this one felt off.

Is it Sexual harassment? I assumed it’s something that’s super rude and not cool but more akin to “Jessica with the huge mole” or “Dave with the tiny hands” I’m genuinely curious if that counts because it’s not about something sexual nor is it being used to flirt/as an innuendo or whatever.

@AzureKyle3 жыл бұрын
Exactly. And they try to justify it by saying "it's harmless!", " you were never supposed to find out!", and "It's just like Jessica with the red hair!" First off, it's not harmless, OP is clearly mortified by it and embarrassed. Secondly, you were never supposed to find out is a piss poor excuse, and makes it so much worse, because they were hiding their harassment from her. Finally, calling someone by their hair color is not the same as referring to someone by their private parts. Honestly, these are all horrible people who, instead of calling her an embarrassing and offensive nickname, should have told her in private of her wardrobe malfunction, rather than keep it a secret. Who knows how long OP was walking around with her nipples poking through her clothes and didn't even know, meanwhile they're all snickering in the background and coming up with a nickname for her.

I agree 100% I do think the stepson is somewhat the a**hole. (a mild rating though, maybe a 0.5/5 or 1/5) This is just because he could've caused his stepfather harm. I get him not wanting to accept his stepfather as a father, because well... that's not his father. Teenagers like to pull pranks so I can't really fault him for the sock thing. However there comes a certain point where it's no longer "just a prank bro." Pranks are not supposed to hurt people. The main thing is, his mother isn't correcting his behavior. She knows it hurts her husband emotionally. The stepson doesn't realize this, but she does. She needs to talk to him about it and tell him that his pranks are harmful. Since she's basically letting her son emotionally damage her husband, she's basically allowing her son to bully him. She is the big a**hole in this situation.
