"Toilet door" could be from an Australian, that's what we call it here. Over here you have what some people call a "Bathroom" which is usually a room that has a toilet, bath/shower, & vanity/basin, and when you go to relieve yourself you call it "going to the toilet". Some people call this room the "Toilet" instead of the "Bathroom". We also have, usually as a secondary, a room with just a toilet and a basin/sink in it, and this is just called the "Toilet". Sometimes a house will have a bathroom without a toilet and a separate toilet room, this is usually found in older houses where the toilet is an added renovation, because in the past many houses had what we call an "outhouse" which is a toilet in a free standing room, in the back yard, which was just big enough to fit the toilet into and in many cases did not have running water and would require waste collection.
