The Fire Assembly Point is where you're supposed to go if the building has to be evacuated, so they can count heads and see if anyone's missing. One surrounded by wood isn't a good idea - but probably better than a place I worked at decades ago: it occupied two buildings separated by a narrow alley, and the assembly point was "across the road" from whichever building had been evacuated, where a collapsing building would certainly come down on people.

The doors with the peep hole I think I might have an idea for. If the wood part of the door is standard and the windows can be interchanged to be like stained glass or frosted or some other type of “glass” that’s less easily seen through

The glass was added later, the original door would have had wooden panels like the ones below the glass, this is very common.

2:25 the primary school I went to had a field and a massive gate at the end to stop people from leaving. The gate wasn’t too wide but there were trees on either side so no one could get out anyway. A few years after I left I walked past the entrance to that field where the gate was and for some reason they had decided to cut the trees down, making the gate completely useless because people could walk around it and the tree stumps that had been left behind

Regarding salsa, I work in a store. So I would try pulling on it, like the candy shelf we have over here with a lip. The shelf moves out, so it's easier to stack them. Thought it could be completely stuck, but whoever is stoking them must know how to get them outta there.

A Crappy Desing that I know... In the clinic in my part of the city, the building is small, it only has space for two people to attend. Now, when you have an appointment, you have to arrive more than half an hour before, go to the window to activate your appointment. Well, in that place... instead of having one of the windows to activate the appointments... You have to arrive, skip the line, go to the person who is being served at the window and say that you are coming to activate your appointment...
