Less think about the most common type of home in the US, a family of 4, that would be 4,28 for everyone, with at least three meals a day (some familys with even 4) that would be a little more than a dolar for every meal, with a quick google search you can find that the average American spends 17 dolars for every meal. The minimum for a family of 4 would be 14280 dolars almost 12 times the amount given, and thats not counting for tp, rent, medical bills, soap, clothes, and everything else, it's just the food

My guess about Chilean Health Ministers statement has to do with SIR model where R usually stands for removed,recovered or resistant. Both people who have recovered and people who died are in R category as they are no longer susceptible nor infected.

7:49 certain graphs and statistics work that way. example S.I.R. Curves / graphs. it counts people into categories of Safe (immune, staying at home, unable to catch the disease, etc), Infected and Removed / recovered - meaning either recovered to health, or deceased and unable to spread the disease, or isolated. all of those fit under one field as the final result is the same, they can't spread the disease anymore
