wow that looks way better i kind of wish I got the r&g one now I ended up going with the dmp one off revzilla it wasn't too expensive and now I know what to expect when I install mine that was a lot you have to take apart sucks they don't just do like most other bikes and put bolts you can remove from the outside

It was relatively easy. Yeah there were a lot of disembly. But at least panels comes off easily. Unlike Honda Fireblades which I've owned. You break every clips trying to take off a side fairings. Lol

Is this a u.s. spec bike? Seems like I have additional wires coming from the left and right turn signals that (y) down into or along the sub frame of the bike any ideas?

My 2022 mt10 also has an extra wire not shown here that makes it impossible to pull the wires out without snipping. Canada here.

@Phast1x ok so I found a solution to that ... those are resistors .. they y off of the turn signal I know .. but if you disconnect the mount for the turn signal receivers ... on the brake light house and un clip the brake light wire you can pull the whole house for the brake light off ... then you have enough room to pull the resistors out .. they are a tube the go down along the tail of the bike and connect now where they are to slow the flashing in the turn signals..... but if you take the brake light housing out you have more then enough room to pull the resistors out and feed them through bottom whole to full get them out without braking or snipping anything

Looks like they’ve given you the wrong one, that’s the tail tidy for the 1st gen MT10, Can see the tail tidy pushing up against the undertray and forcing the tail light up.. they need to send you the new one for 2022

Okay I missed this. I thought it was a good fit. I check R&G site and they only have one model to fit for MT10 which is 2016 - onwards. I will contact R&G and see what they have to say about this.

I have the confirmation from R&G and they have confirm it is the same part number tail tidy for Gen1 and Gen2 MT10 and nothing has changed and the fitting looks normal. I also think it looks like it's fits well. Maybe the camera angle made it look like it's pushing up the tail light but it is not.

@@RaidenXXII I took it back and got a refund and they apologised and said they shouldn’t have sold that one to me and they were in the process of designing one for the new bike

@@bentalbottalbot thanks bro. I have email R&G for explanation regarding why they told me wrong information and chose not to disclose they're in the process of designing a new Tail Tidy for the gen2 2022 MT10. I am starting to be not about about it. Thanks for the update brother.

43:29 your zipper is open. otherwise, good video.

Yeah that pants zippier always comes down. I often forgot to lock the zipper down so it won't open when sitting and standing.
