Stranger still LightTech warns not to go over something like 120NM if I recall right otherwise you will break your new $300 adjuster and they claim it never needs to be so tight to begin with? I wonder if the whole reason Yamaha wants it ultra tight is so the wheel cant possible ever move? (Liability fear if the chain then broke and locks the rear up??) But with a quality captive adjuster (rather than free to move stock junk blocks) then it cant move anyway....I mean unless it broke I am thinking Gilles AXB Black Chain Adjusters Axle Blocks

Yes they're Gen 1 R&G tank grips. I wouldn't get them. They are starting to peel around the edges and this is the 2nd pair and doing the same.

This is the most fun bike I've owned. I'm extremely happy with the gp style and sounding exhaust and it's loud, very loud with a lot of pops and sometimes shoots 1ft flames on up shift and down shift and all in all I paid $300 for the link pipe and exhaust. I won't get a tune because for the cost of the tune and 5% gain its not worth it IMHO and I don't feel any lost in torque or power in the rev range with the exhaust without a tune. Hope this helps. Do a suspension tune to your weight I highly recommend it. It made day and night difference to handling for spirited rides.

@Raiden yeah for sure I've got the same bike just want it a bit louder but akra link pipe is 1100 bucks plus tune 950 Some people say it needs tune after installing link pipe some dont I think I'll order same link pipe like yours Many thanks enjoy riding

@@milenkopandurevic9491 you don't need a tune. Don't listen to these racer boys. It's running rich. My garage smells like gas when I warm it up and I get complains all the time from people ridding behind me how rich my exhaust smells. You can test it by rubbing your fingers on the tip of the muffler. If it's black it's burning rich. If it's grey it's running lean. Old bikers taught me this trick. I called the bike tuner and they also said I don't need to tune it but I can if I want more power and remove the pops and flames. Why would I want that. 🤣

Exciting. I wish I can spend the $$$$ on the leo Vince and SC Project exhaust but I got my link pipe and can for $300 total so can't complain. It's loud and makes the bike run rich. I will film the pops and flames one of these days when down shifting it's amazing.

No not at all. The temp gets around 40c 110F and it runs to about 104c when standing at the lights. Which is normal. No change with the guards installed.

Yeah that pants zippier always comes down. I often forgot to lock the zipper down so it won't open when sitting and standing.

Yes it is how I got it pre curved. There wasn't any foam padding from memory. Just straight metal. They don't seem to be contacting due to the brackets on the guards sticking them out a few millimetres.

No, I left the servo motor connected. You can get sero motor delete or flash the ecu with woodlich tune and turn it off.
