If you land right, you can stomp both crocodiles' mouths shut as you fall, probably damaging them enough that they won't be able to bite you even after you step off them. Yes, all snakes can swim. I looked it up. Anyway, in those few seconds, your best chance is probably to get back out of the water and try and grab the axe by the base of the tree. The crocodiles' injured flailing should hopefully have gotten the lion to back up enough to make this possible, and the snake will probably be confused and possibly even thrown off your trail entirely. At this point you want to very slowly back away from the lion and the water, while wielding the axe. Lions can run much faster than humans, so don't try to turn and run away. Yell loudly, try to look bigger, and wave your free arm around if you can hold the axe with only one hand: generally anything to convince it that you're not worth the trouble. Hopefully either the lion will give up and go away, or someone will hear you shouting and come to help. Disclaimer: I have no specific education that is relevant to this situation, and this is 95% guesswork. The other 5%, if you're curious, is Googling stuff.
