Ok, so, regarding 8:55. Around when I was graduating high school we had someone move in to a hotel in my town. My family met him at a bar and grill and he seemed like a decent guy. Later, it was posted he was an offender and we weren't notified prior to him moving in. Due to him, and the court, not notifying anyone in town about this, a bunch of people broke into his hotel room and beat the hell out of him. No one got caught and the guy got put into protective custody. So yes, it is easier to commit any crime against an offender, not just robbery.
