I still remember working on a school assignment one day in 2013 and seeing this Fallout lore video pop up in my recommended feed. I hadn't really seen anyone talking about Fallout in any game communities I was in, and my only memory of the series was my dad getting addicted to Fallout 3 (to a very unhealthy degree) when it first came out. This was at least 5 years later, and in my mind at least at the time, I thought the series was long dead and nobody played it anymore. So it was really surprising to me when I saw a machinima lore series continuously releasing new episodes. I gave it a watch and before I knew it, I had binged the whole season up to that point and was eagerly waiting for season 2. The storyteller series introduced me to the good side of a fandom that I previously wanted nothing to do with after seeing what it did to my dad, but I'm glad that I found that video that day. RIP Jason, you were a guiding light to us all.
